Why Tactful Disruption? Because change management at the individual level requires a skillful approach. We can change our hair, clothes, and conversation, but our mind needs convincing. Or, in some cases, our spirit needs to resonate with something more profound than the surface. We work with the individual and organizations.


What’s this ‘boldly editing workplace italics’ mindset? These are communication basics. Whenever we italicize something we have written, it’s to emphasize it. Ironically, it also begs us to pay attention to the fine print. Look at what your italics represent:

Italics are used primarily to denote titles and names of particular works or objects in order to allow that title or name to stand out from the surrounding sentence.

We emphasize the psychology of diversity and inclusion initiatives that did not traditionally exist. By boldly professing mental health challenges are in play and through demonstrations of innovation to understand the win/win when it comes to people and place. We meet people where they are, intending to change the circumstance (we skill up self-leadership through mental health coaching). Not only do they grow, but the organization also benefits. We're trained to assess this with real psychometrics and program evaluation checklists.


What exactly is it? Tactful Disruption® is a methodology applied as a strategic resource at the intersection of mental health and career development related to diversity and inclusion shortcomings.
