If you take the time you’ll always have it! I’ve found that trying to hurry up and get it done does nothing but speed up misplaced focus.


You can extend yourself all you like but something will shut down as a stress response. Before you start to fall a part by running yourself ragged practice self care daily.


Take more naps. Stretch more often. Eat a piece of fruit. Drink water. Do nothing for 10minutes in a quiet room. Give the time you take for granted back to honoring yourself. Before you know it- you will have a peace of mind, literally!
