Sometimes you just outgrow the people and place. Other times your ambition can not exist in the company of those who practice self imposed limitations. The expectation becomes you fall in line with the rest of them. You give, they take. You set boundaries, they complain and attempt to force their will. They need you to bend if you’re gonna stay. When people show you who they are - ask yourself if you can afford to maintain the interactions. It’s okay to let folks go when you are focused on growth.
